Golf Holiday Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at King Shaka International, Durban. Grab your luggage and head to Avis where you’ll collect your hired vehicle.

Drive the short distance to Zimbali Resort Hotel, located in the seaside town of Ballito. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before teeing off at Zimbali Golf Course.

The character of this course, designed by Tom Weiskopf, has been described as having an abundance of natural features, some of which include constant changes in elevation, a combination of mature indigenous trees and vegetation and some beautiful wetland areas with natural steams and ponds, all creating a dramatic and beautiful setting.

After golf you can visit the quaint coastal town of Ballito.

Day 3

Tee off at Durban Country Club after breakfast.

Extremely challenging to the most skilled golfer, the course will be enjoyed, but rarely mastered. Elevated tees and greens are guarded by an array of tropical bushes, tall trees and large bunkers. This, together with the narrow fairways and steep slopes make for a challenging course.

Day 4

Have a delicious breakfast before heading Prince’s Grant Golf Course.

With panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, this development has been designed to capture the gracious colonial life-style of early Natal. Prince’s Grant Golf Course rates in the top 50 of South African golf courses and certainly one of the country’s very best coastal courses. Golfers will be assured of a truly memorable golfing experience.

Day 5

Enjoy breakfast and a relax at the hotel before checking out. Return your vehicle to Avis at the airport and continue on your onward journey home.
