Golf 2 Africa and M&E Projects have combined forces to offer prospective investors in the South African property market a unique and exciting dimension to property development. We follow 5 straightforward steps (please see below) to create your own part of Africa, as you have always dreamed it would be.
Although our projects are mainly based around the Gauteng area (Africa's business and financial head quarters), we welcome development opportunities in all of the South African provinces. The Western Cape and Natal provinces (coastal regions) are currently very popular with the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo provinces growing in demand at a prolific pace due to the vast availability and attractive purchasing price of land.
The public infrastructure such as air, road and rail networks, schools, universities, hospitals etc. is of a very high standard in South Africa. Rural areas are still somewhat underdeveloped but public and private investment is currently creating much needed support and employment opportunities. Please view the S.A Overview page for an in depth discussion on South Africa.
M&E Projects is a registered member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and with over a decade's experience, have constructed countless spectacular properties in sunny South Africa. Please feel free to contact us for more information regarding property investment opportunities in South Africa.
Step 1: The profile of the investor is assessed
Preliminary correspondence with our agents will determine the type, size and location of the property. A short list of estates may be selected, which will be inspected in step 2.
Step 2: Initial inspection and introductory meeting
We discuss all possibilities and variants with the investor. This includes the following:
a tour of selected estates (specific to investor's specifications)
a meeting with the architect to determine the plan specifications
legal procedures to purchase and register the property
Step 3: Selection of detail
Detailed planning is done at this phase where the following is determined:
all contracts are in place
details on finishing are determined
time schedules are pinned down
Step 4: Building commences
During this time a constant liaison is kept with the investor by means of internet communication and forwarding photos of the progress.
We would like to invite the investor to inspect for him/herself how the progress is getting on and is subsequently always welcome on site.
Step 5: Final inspection and delivery
Your house is complete and ready to be enjoyed whenever you want to break away and relax in the warm African weather.
