We are delighted to provide a dedicated service for Golf Societies and Golf Club Captains, who have the task of arranging the annual Club/Society Tour. All the golf tour packages and specials on this site may be taken as they are or amended to meet any requirements that the organiser may have (discounts available depending on the size of your group). South Africa offers some of the most spectacular courses in the world and we always ensure that only the finest cousrses are selected for our clients. We've played all these courses ourselves and can thus guarantee an extraordinary golfing experience. Depending on the average handicap of your group, we also throw in some very tough championship courses such as Ernie Els's Oubaai, Jack Nicklaus's Pecanwood or Pearl Valley and Gary Player's Lost City, Sun City and Fancourt Links, Montagu and Outeniqua amongst others. With regards to accommodation, we always endeavour to provide a minimum three star standard and where possible a four or five star venue. South African guest houses and hotels are quite simply in a league of their own. Where possible, we try to arrange guest house accommodation due to the personal touch they offer their guests. Hotels are generally used for larger groups, especially during peak season (November until end January). Accommodation can always be upgraded as per your requirements but our intention within the web site is to produce prices that meet the budgets of the majority. As well as quality we also look for flexible bar opening/closing hours, management that understand the requirements of golfing clientele and a service that is accommodating. Accommodation can be arranged on a b&b, half board and full board basis. Self catering tours can also be arranged. Transport depends entirely on the size of your group: for smaller groups we can arrange 5 door vehicles or a minibus, larger groups may need a number of minibuses or even a coach. We always recommend that Society/Club Tours be accompanied by at least one SATSA registered diver/guide in order to facilitate the ground arrangements and ensuring a smooth and trouble-free stay. Flights can also be arranged and included in your price. We deal with many South African based travel agents that allow us to find exceptional deals for groups over 8 people travelling. Generally speaking, flights are much more affordable if purchased in South Africa due to V.A.T being considerably less than in most countries. We stick to a budget of under R 1000 ($ 125) per person per day which will include greenfees, guides, travel, accommodation, meals and entrance fees to places of interest. Depending on the size of your group this may even be less.
